| AcuTech to Present Human Factors Paper at CCPS Conference |

President and CEO, David A. Moore, will present a paper titled Integrating a Human Factors Approach into Process Safety Management Systems at the upcoming
CCPS Conference in Toronto, Canada.
The paper presents a format for a management systems approach that can be introduced into an existing
PSM structure. The successful introduction of this approach at an oil refinery is discussed. The basis of the approach is to assimilate human factors into
the day-to-day activities of the organization, to provide a culture change and paradigm shift on the issue. Without this fundamental change, a human
factors program tends to become a project rather than a process. The initiative is intended to enhance the PSM system, and to ensure it is focused on key
human factors elements not explicitly mentioned in the regulations.
