| NPRA/DOE Homeland Security Conference & Technology Exposition Features Special Session on SVA for NPRA Members |

The National
Petrochemical & Refiners Association (NPRA) and Department of Energy Office of Energy Assurance announced the
Security Conference & Technology Exposition to be held in Houston on March 4-5, 2003. The
conference program, open to NPRA refiners and petrochemical manufacturers only, will feature special workshops and break-out
sessions and dynamic speakers from government and industry.
The exposition will have experts from DOEs national
laboratories demonstrating the latest technologies in physical and cyber security and is open to the public.
Mr. David Moore,
President of AcuTech Consulting Group, will present an intensive, one-day SVA training seminar specifically designed for
petroleum refiners and petrochemical manufacturers. This special session will be held on Monday March 3.
