| AcuTech and Hogan & Hartson Host Free CFATS Webinar |

Hogan & Hartson in collaboration with AcuTech Consulting Group will host a free CFATS Webinar for clients and friends of our firms on January 9, 2008 beginning at noon and ending at 2:00PM ET.
Larry Stanton, Acting Deputy Director at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), will answer questions on the regulation. David Moore, AcuTechs President & CEO, will provide an overview of the rule and discuss its many applicability issues and exceptions. The focus of the Webinar will be on last-minute questions from attendees before they submit their CSAT Top-Screen. AcuTech provided subject matter expertise to DHS supporting the development of the CFATS rule.
